目的 研究麝香保心丸治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察及对C-反应蛋白（CRP）的影响。
方法 将2010年1月－2012年1月收治的62例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，每组31例，两组均给予一般治疗及基础药物治疗，治疗组加用麝香保心丸。治疗30 d后检测心搏出量（SV）、左心室射血分数（LVEF）、左心室收缩末期容积指数（LVESVI）、左心室舒张末期容积指数（LVEDVI）及CRP，两组进行对照比较。
结果 两组患者各项指标较治疗前均显著改善，且治疗组大部分指标的改变显著高于对照组。
结论 麝香保心丸能降低心肌耗氧量，增强心肌收缩力，降低血清CRP浓度，减轻炎症反应，显著改善心衰症状。
