新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发以来，各类隔离限制措施使得癫痫患儿的生活、就医、用药等受到了不同程度的影响，给医生及患儿家长带来疾病管控的巨大压力。文章结合癫痫患儿药物治疗的特点，就用药原则（按时按量按疗程服药，切忌盲目自行减药、换药或停药）、备药方式（提前备药或采用官方“互联网+医疗”途径）、规避诱发因素（饮食、心理、生活方式等）、掌握发作处理原则及就医准备等多维度，给与疫情下的癫痫患儿全流程的居家药学照护专业建议，以确保癫痫患儿在疫情期间的平稳度过。
