肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性的产生与P糖蛋白(PgP)及谷胱甘肽转移酶(GST)等的过度表达有密切关系。为进一步了解胃和食管恶性肿瘤细胞的耐药机理,为化疗中克服耐药,制定合理、高效的化疗方案提供依据。
