1984年～1994年间，我院收治12例医源性胆道损伤。其中胆总管损伤10例，肝总管损伤1例，右肝管损伤1例。采用端端吻合修复3例，修补术4例，胆肠Roux-Y吻合术5例。全部修复成功。讨论了医源性胆道损伤的原因、修复措施及预防方法。
