我院1980年～1994年收治的四肢骨折合并周围神经损伤58例，对其中45例采用显微外科技术修复。经1～5年随访25例28条神经。总的优良率为71.42%，桡神经的优良率为86.7%，尺神经为33.3%。讨论了骨折合并周围神经损伤的特殊性，以及影响功能恢复的因素等。
