报道28例手足部电烧伤患者,采用多种组织瓣移植修复,除2例由于损伤严重而截肢外,26例均修复成功,功能恢复满意。由于电烧伤的特殊性,应根据损伤部位、性质、缺损面积,供区血运等情况,选择合适的组织瓣进行修复。
