    目的 探讨提高临床护理质量的管理方法。 方法 利用归因理论,对2009年12月-2010年11月护理部3级综合质量检查、午夜间及节假日2级护理质量检查、科室1级护理质量自查存在的128项问题进行回顾性归因分析。 结果 危重患者护理、病房规范化管理、5年内护士、午间时段为扣分项目多发点。 结论 护理人力资源合理配置、质控归因分析会、低年资护士培训、抓重点时间段、注重人性化管理等有望改变现状。

  • 尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂的护理

    【摘要】 目的 总结尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂围手术期的护理方法,提高护理质量。 方法 对2009年1-12月收治的64例患者采用尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂,对其临床及围手术期的护理进行回顾性分析。患者年龄11个月~31岁,中位年龄5岁。尿道下裂分型:Ⅰ型11例,Ⅱ型53例;均伴不同程度阴茎下曲。 结果 经手术治疗及术前、术后有效护理,64例患者阴茎下曲均已矫正,围手术期平稳,切口愈合。尿道口位于龟头正位,包皮分布均匀,能站立排尿。 结论 良好的护理对策可减少尿道成形术后并发症的发生率,促进患儿身心健康的恢复。

  • 精神科门诊投诉原因分析与对策

    目的 分析精神科门诊医疗投诉事件的发生率和原因,采取对策以减少精神科门诊医疗纠纷,提高医疗护理质量。 方法 回顾性分析2009年1月-2012年12月发生的112例各类投诉事件资料,对投诉内容及回访结果进行归类统计分析。 结果 2009年-2012年精神科门诊患者总数为789 485例次,其中发生医疗投诉112例,发生率为0.142‰。112例投诉中,医源性投诉78例,占69.64%,且呈逐年上升趋势;非医源性投诉34例,占30.36%,呈逐年下降趋势。 结论 精神科门诊投诉主要是医源性投诉,转变服务理念,建立并完善医患沟通制度,提高医务人员的责任心和技术水平,开展多形式的优质护理是减少精神科门诊投诉的方法与途径。

  • Reasons and Countermeasures of the Increasing Medical Complains and Dissension in Department of Gynecology

    目的 探究妇科投诉纠纷发生的状况及原因,以改进工作方式减少投诉现象。 方法 对2005年1月-2010年12月妇科门诊和病房发生的投诉及医患纠纷资料进行收集,并对其原因进行分类统计分析,提出相关应对措施。 结果 6年间门诊及病房共发生投诉41例,纠纷8例。其医务人员技术水平不到位、服务态度差、沟通缺乏,就医环境差、收费不合理、患者自身因素等是投诉纠纷发生的主要原因。 结论 妇科是纠纷易发科室,但只要采用有效的控制措施,就能减少甚至避免医患纠纷的发生,提高患者满意度。

  • A Study on Sexual Behavior Status and Social Strategies of Married Migrant Workers in Chongqing

    Objective To understand the sexual behavior statu of married migrant workers in Chongqing, so as to provide the government with foundation for formulating related social strategies. Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was applied to select respondents, and the face-to-face interview was performed to investigate by trained investigators. The date was analyzed by using SAS9.0 software. Results A total of 377 married migrant workers were investigated. Among them, 226 (59.95%) lived with their spouses, of whom 13.72% had extramarital sexual behaviors, with 48.39% commercial sexual behaviors; the other 151 (40.05%) didn’t live with their spouses, of whom 49.25% had no normal sexual life for at least three months and 28.48% had extramarital sexual behaviors, with 60.47% commercial sexual behaviors. 66.41% of male migrant workers and 46.28% of female migrant workers had sexual depression, and different genders between the migrant workers were statistically significant (Plt;0.05). Conclusion There is sexual depression among married migrant workers. The related measures should be taken according to the status of their sexual behaviors, so as to improve their status of sexual depression.

  • 静脉采血患者的情绪体验和心理测评及护理对策

    目的了解采血患者的情绪体验和心理反应,为开展针对性心理护理提供参考。 方法随机抽取2012年3月1日-6月30日期间的438例门诊采血患者进行情绪体验问卷调查测评和症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试。 结果采血患者情绪体验得分从高到低分别为烦躁感(4.23±2.21)分,恐惧感(4.12±1.34)分,陌生感(3.78±1.23)分,疑虑感(3.56±1.42)分,焦虑感(3.07±1.18)分,无助感(1.76±0.93)分。女性患者在陌生感、恐惧感、焦虑感、无助感和疑虑感得分低于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段、不同职业、不同学历患者各类型情绪体验得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SCL-90分值显示,其躯体化因子、强迫症状因子、抑郁因子、焦虑因子、敌对因子、恐惧因子明显高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。 结论对静脉采血患者采取有针对性的心理护理,增强护患沟通和温馨服务,提高护理服务质量和管理水平,促进静脉采血患者的心理健康和就医体验,有利于病情康复。

  • Analysis and Strategy of Working Pressure of Neurosurgical Nurse

    目的:调查分析神经外科护士工作压力因素,采取相应对策以减轻压力,积极应对工作。方法:采用问卷调查法,对在神经外科工作的护士工作压力程度,工作压力源,压力源前五位,与其它科室护士进行比较,并通过统计学方法进行分析。结果:神经外科护士工作压力程度以重度压力为主。排序前5位的压力源为:工作量大,担心工作出差错,社会地位低,上班护士数量少,护理的患者病情过重。结论:正确分析神经外科护士工作压力因素,采取有效的对策,对于提高护理质量,保障护理安全,具有十分重要的意义。

  • Analysis of countermeasures for medical service dilemma and intelligent continuous management after diagnosis of rare diseases in China

    At present, there are some problems in the post-diagnosis service of rare diseases, such as immature service path, imperfect health supervision and discontinuous to post-diagnosis data flows. How to properly solve these problems and find a way to promote the post-diagnosis service of rare diseases is the focus now. Based on the actual situation of diagnosis and treatment of patients with rare diseases in West China Hospital of Sichuan University and literature. This paper finds that making full use of the method of intelligent continuous management, establishing a continuous health management system, and integrating rare disease data information through intelligent health management platform and internet medical treatment can alleviate the shortage of medical resources and solve the dilemma of post-diagnosis service of rare diseases. At the same time, this paper analyzes the dilemma of post-diagnosis services of rare diseases and the feasible countermeasures of intelligent medical assistance management, and explores the management of rare diseases led by tertiary hospitals and joint built by medical units of the hospital alliance, in response to the national graded diagnosis and treatment policy, so as to provide all-round health protection for patients with rare diseases for reference and learning.
