    眼底镜的发明和眼底荧光血管造影(fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA)的引入,使得对眼底结构和功能的认识及很多眼底病的诊治向前迈了一大步.但由于脉络膜血管被色素上皮及自身色素遮挡,观察困难,对血管构筑和血流动力学及在眼病中的地位和作用了解不多.以前对脉络膜循环的了解多基于离体铺版或血管铸型研究或FFA,这些研究在一定程度上提示了脉络膜血管的构筑,但临床上却需要一种能直接观察循环的动态方法以解决临床实际问题.70年代以来以Flower为代表的研究者们引入吲哚青绿脉络膜血管造影(indocyanine green choroidal angiography,ICGCA)[1]使人们能更清楚而直观地了解脉络膜血循环动态情况,随着技术的不断进步和经验的积累,ICGCA将逐步被人们所认识,ICGCA在一些发达国家已较多应用于临床.兹将ICGCA的基本情况、临床应用及技术新进展分三篇介绍。 (中华眼底病杂志,1994,10:253-255)

  • Effect of batroxobin on the blood-retinal barrier and vascular endothelial growth factors in diabetes rats

    Objective To investigate the effect of batroxobin on the blood-retinal barrier (BRB) and vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGF) in diabetic rats. Methods Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were used to establish diabetic models by intraperitoneal injecting with streptozotocin (60 mg/kg), and were divided into 3 groups: diabetic group (n=20), batroxobin (40 mg/kg) group (n=20) and batroxobin (20 mg/kg) group (n=20). Twenty-five else rats were in control group. All of the rats were executed 7 days later. The function of BRB was observed by Evans blue method. Results concentration of VEGF protein was detected by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbert assay (ELISA). The results of each group were compared. Results The content of BRB leaked into retina was obvious lower in the control group than which in the other 3 diabetic groups(Plt;0.01). There was no significant difference of the content of Evans blue between the two groups with different dosage of batroxobin (P>0.05). The content of Evans blue was lower in the 2 diabetic groups with different dosage of batroxobin than which in the control group (Plt;0.05). The content of VEGF in retina was obviously lower in control group and 2 diabetic groups with different dosage of batroxobin than which in the diabetic group (Plt;0.01), and obviously lower in batroxobin (40 mg/kg) diabetic group than which in the control group (P=0.01). The content of VEGF in control group and batroxobin (20 mg/kg) diabetic group (P=0.06) didnprime;t differ much, which occurred similarly in batroxobin diabetic groups with different dosage (P=0.78). Conclusions Batroxobin may alleviate the damage of function of BRB in diabetic rats and reduce the expression of VEGF, which suggests that batroxobin can protect the function of BRB to a certain extent.   • FLUORESCEIN ANGIOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICS OF IDIOPATHIC SENILE MACULAR HOLE

    OBJECTIVE:To inwestigate the value of fundus fluorescein angiography in evaluation of idiopathic senile macular hole(ISMH). METHODS:fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)and other clinical examination were performed in 26 cases (31eyes)of ISMH patients. RESULTS:Full-thickness macular holes were in 17 and lamellar holes were in 14 of the 31 eyes. Hyperfluorescencequot;window defectquot;was found at the base of all the eyes with full-thickness maeular holes and 2 eyes with lamellar holes. The size of hyperfluorescence zone was smaller than that of those seen in redfree film, hyperfluorescence in 6 eyes (19.4%) showed homogenous ancl 10 eyes (32.5%) granular in pattern. The small yellowish dots in macular hole showed blocked fluorescence,while the halo of macular hole showed hyperfluorescence. CONCLUSION:Fundus fluorescein angiography was useful in differentiating lamellar from full-thickness macular hole and understanding the degree of retinal pigment epithelium damages in macular holes.
