摘要:目的: 探讨临床护理安全规范化管理的有效方法和效果。 方法 :成立病房护理安全管理小组;完善护理安全管理制度,培养质量管理意识;改善重点环节工作流程,强化质量监控;构建护理安全文化氛围。 结果 : 患者满意度明显提高,用药错误、管道脱落、压疮、投诉等发生率明显降低(〖WTBX〗P lt;0005)。 结论 : 规范化的护理安全管理提高了护理质量,保障了患者的安全,有效降低了护理风险的发生。Abstract: Objective: To discuss a effective way and effect of standardardized management of clinical nursing safety.Methods :Setted up nursing safety management team; Improved the nursing safety management system and trained awareness of quality management; Improved workflow of key links,and strengthened the quality control; Built a nursing safety culture. Results : Patients satisfaction improved obviously, and the medication errors、 pipe off、pressure sores、the incidence of complaints such as decreased obviously(P lt;0005).Conclusion : Standardized management of nursing safety improved the nursing quality, protected patients safety, and effectively reduced the risk of the occurrence of nursing.
According to a guideline on promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals issued by the General Office of the State Council and a guideline on accelerating the development of medical rehabilitation, a high-quality and efficient rehabilitation system should be established, and efforts should be made to promote the high-quality development of rehabilitation services in public hospitals. We propose an action guideline for promoting the high-quality development of rehabilitation services in public hospitals, which is based on a Delphi method questionnaire on the opinions of front-line clinical rehabilitation experts, and integrated with relevant literature and evidences. This guideline introduces 31 specific action plans from 7 dimensions, including standardization of basic rehabilitation settings, standardization of clinical rehabilitation techniques, improvement of the tertiary rehabilitation system, standardization of emergency rehabilitation, standardization of rehabilitation education, standardization of rehabilitation management, and promotion of scientific and technological innovation in rehabilitation medicine.
ObjectiveTo analyze and evaluate the effect of the pharmacist-participated standardized drug management measures on improving the quality of drug management in day surgery center.MethodsDay surgery center carried out the pharmacist-participated standardized drug management since January 2019, including establishing a drug management group, strengthening the drug management specification, enhancing the training for standardized drug management, carrying out periodic inspection by pharmacist, etc. The Drug Management Quality Assessment Table was used to evaluate and compare the quality of drug management in day surgery center before standardized management (October 2018) and after standardized management (October 2019).ResultsThrough the standardized management, the quality of drug management in day surgery center was effectively improved, and the total score of drug quality management increased from 88.0 points before standardized management to 95.0 points after standardized management.ConclusionThe participation of pharmacists in the standardized drug management can effectively improve the quality of drug management in day surgery center, and ensure the safety of patients.
目的 调查规范化培训护士的职业自我概念现状，以期为其培训方案提供参考依据。 方法 2010年10月－11月采用护理专业自我概念量表对某三甲综合医院2009级、2010级175名规范化培训护士进行面对面问卷调查。 结果 88.37%规范化培训护士职业自我概念积极，5个维度得分从高到低分别是沟通交流、技能、灵活性、领导、满意度。2010级规范化培训护士职业自我概念总得分（t=?2.027，P=0.044）及领导维度得分（t=?3.258，P=0.001）高于2009级者，而技能（t=2.120，P=0.036）、灵活性（t=2.054，P=0.042）维度得分低于2009级；有职业兴趣的规范化培训护士其领导维度得分高于无职业兴趣的规范化培训护士（t=2.063，P=0.043）。 结论 护士规范化培训中除注重技能培训外还应加入情感教育课程，建立领导能力评价体系等。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of applying a standardized rehabilitation process in correction of adult clubfoot with the Ilizarov technique. Methods Thirty-eight adult patients who underwent orthopedic treatment with Ilizarov technique for clubfoot between August 2022 and December 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into a study group and a control group with 19 cases in each group according to the different rehabilitation management processes and methods. The differences in baseline data such as gender, age, side, and preoperative Holden walking function grading between the two groups were not significant (P>0.05). In both groups, most of the clubfoot deformities were surgically corrected first, and the residual deformities were corrected by dynamic slow retraction with Ilizarov ring-type external fixation frame. The study group adopted standardized rehabilitation process management mode, including preoperative lower limb muscle strength training, postoperative pain and swelling management, weight-bearing management, gait and lower limb stability training. The control group adopted the conventional postoperative rehabilitation management mode. The occurrence of complications was recorded, including pin tract infection, ankle stiffness and pain, and deformity recurrence. Holden walking function grading was used to evaluate the walking ability of the patients. Clinical efficacy was evaluated by the QIN Sihe Deformity Correction Disability Repair and Functional Reconstruction Postoperative Efficacy Evaluation Scale. Patient satisfaction was evaluated by Likert score. Results Patients in both groups successfully completed surgery and rehabilitation and were followed up. The follow-up time ranged from 8 to 29 months, with a mean of 18.5 months. Among them, the follow-up time was (18.8±5.5) months in the study group and (18.2±5.7) months in the control group, and the difference between groups was not significant (t=0.316, P=0.754). The postoperative incidences of pin tract infection, ankle stiffness and pain, and deformity recurrence in the study group were 10.53%, 5.26%, and 5.26%, respectively, and in the control group were 21.05%, 36.84%, and 15.79%, respectively. And the difference between groups in the incidence of ankle stiffness and pain was significant (P=0.042). At last follow-up, both groups showed an improvement in Holden walking function grading compared to preoperative levels (P<0.05), and the grading of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P=0.006). According to the QIN Sihe Deformity Correction Disability Repair and Functional Reconstruction Postoperative Efficacy Evaluation Scale, the grade difference between groups was not significant (P=0.089), and the excellent and good rates of clinical efficacy in study group and control group were 89.47% (17/19) and 73.68% (14/19), respectively. Patient satisfaction in study group was significantly better than that in control group (P=0.036). Conclusion Standardized rehabilitation process can effectively promote the postoperative functional recovery of adult clubfoot treated with Ilizarov technique, reduce the risk of complications and improve effectiveness.
Initial surgical treatment plays an important role in the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer, and standardized surgical treatment can help to reduce underdiagnosis and overtreatment. Accurate preoperative diagnosis is the premise of standardized surgical treatment, which helps to reduce the overtreatment of thyroid nodules. Preoperative clinical TN staging assessment for differentiated thyroid cancer should be highly valued, the extent of thyroidectomy should be individualized, and the cervical lymph nodes should be performed in a standardized manner. In addition, the indications for endoscopic thyroid surgery should be strictly selected to maximize the benefit of the patient.
医院药品调剂工作是医院药学的重要组成部分,调剂工作质量的好坏直接关系到医疗质量,因此调剂工作的规范化管理也越来越重要。影响调剂质量的因素较多,笔者结合我院工作实际,对药品调剂规范化管理问题进行探讨。
This article interprets the core content of Chinese expert consensus on the CT examination for transcatheter aortic valve replacement and Chinese expert consensus on standardized evaluation of CT for transcatheter aortic valve replacement, and elaborates on the technical points of preoperative and postoperative CT examination for transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), including patient preparation, data acquisition, image reconstruction, and contrast agent use strategies. The article also provides an in-depth interpretation of the crucial elements in standardized CT evaluation for TAVR, covering assessments of aortic root anatomy, cardiac morphology, coronary arteries, and surgical access routes. The article emphasizes the significance of the above consensuses in standardizing TAVR-related CT examinations, improving diagnosis and treatment quality, and promoting the development of cardiovascular intervention therapy in China.
The ideological and political education in standardized residency training plays an important role in cultivating medical talents with noble medical ethics and exquisite medical skills. Teaching evaluation is an important method to promote teaching improvement and optimization. However, there are still some problems and challenges in the evaluation of ideological and political education for standardized residency training. This article proposes the ideological and political education of standardized residency training can be comprehensively evaluated by the context-input-process-product evaluation model from four aspects: background, input, process, and result evaluation. The aim is to provide solid support and guidance for the ideological and political education route in standardized residency training.
